Columbia West Properties owns two quarter-
block sites on the west side of Second Avenue
on either side of Virginia Street. The properties
which are located on the South edge of the

2021 Second Avenue Condominium Tower
The North site which is 19,440 square feet (180
feet by 108 feet) is currently being used as a
surface parking lot and includes the property
where the Commodore Hotel previously stood.
A Master Use Permit will soon be issued by the
City of Seattle for a new 440 foot high-rise
residential tower with 244 Condominium units.

The south site is the same size as the North site (19,440 square feet) and is comprised of 5
parcels. There are currently three early 1900 buildings and two surface parking lots site.
