“The Foremans have created a great working environment. I have been with Columbia West for over 10 years and still look forward to coming into the office to take on the next challenge. I feel I can make a direct contribution to the success of the company. I also like the family atmosphere. It is a great stress reliever to step out of my office and see dogs running up and down the hallway.”

What tenants are saying
“My Office is in a terrific building in a great location and with fabulous views. Because I work such long hours, I consider this my home away from home and I feel the building Mayor - I keep my eye on things. I am very impressed with Property Management and the rest of the team. The Nickerson Complex is well maintained and we get almost immediate response to our maintenance requests.

Mary’s Place
Where do you go when no one wants you? What do you do when 250 landlords close the door to you?
How do you keep going when rejection is all you’ve faced?
You turn to Columbia West Properties! Mary’s Place, the only day shelter in King County that accepts homeless women and children without a referral, after nearly 2 years of searching for a new home that would allow homeless women and children a fresh start, a new beginning, a second chance… Columbia West Properties rolled out the welcome mat! They showered homeless women and children in Seattle with the greatest gift of all… love, acceptance and a safe daytime shelter!
May’s Place/Church of Mary Magdalene is extremely grateful to have a new home in which they can continue to provide hot meals, showers, laundry, mail and phone services, toiletries, medical care, resources for housing and employment and a safe place for women and children to call home when they don’t have a home of their own. This wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity, graciousness and understanding that Columbia West shares so freely with all of us!
Thank you Columbia West for choosing to reach out and shelter those who need it most. As one of our ladies shared and we all agree...”You truly are angels with skin on!”
Big hugs,
All your sisters at Mary’s Place

"Why did I bring The Ramada deal to Columbia West Properties, Inc.? it comes down to reputation. When we look for buyers, we always go to people we know are qualified to buy, are legitimate buyers and have the propensity to close. It helps when they are fun to work with, understand the process, and have a good attitude about making the deal come together."
