Developing properties is just part of the Columbia West Properties story. We employ the best building engineers and property managers in the business and give them the tools to manage our buildings. Some of our tenants have been in our buildings for decades, others have just moved in. Our service goal for all the tenants is the same: excellent, friendly service that makes you glad you lease from us.
Larger buildings have building engineers on-site or nearby. For tenants in smaller buildings, help is a phone call or email message away. All tenants have quick access to service in two ways:
- Calling the Tenant Service Coordinator at 425-455-5825 during normal bussiness hours.
- After hours calls are routed to the pager of the on-call building engineer who responds quickly to emergency situations.
Use the Tenant Service Request button to submit a work order, It will be routed directly to the building engineer who has responsibility for your building and your matter will be quickly resolved.
