Richard Foreman

Richard Foreman, husband of Diane Foreman, joined
his wife at Columbia West Properties Inc. in 1989 and
serves as co-chairman and general in-house counsel.
Richard Foreman received his undergraduate and
legal degrees from the University of Washington. He
was a senior partner in his law firm and served as its
managing partner for over seven years. Prior to his
civil practice he was a deputy King County
prosecuting attorney representing King County in both
civil and criminal matters.
He served on the Bellevue City Council for 12 years
and was mayor of the City of Bellevue for three terms.
Diane and Richard Foreman have been married for
over 45 years and have two Children, Michelle and
Steven.
